Our technical people are specialised in glazes and engobes and they work closely with our customers, to solve daily technical problems, to find the best technology applications and to help them avoid ceramic problems along their production lines.
Our technical support not only offers advice on the use of our own products; it extends this service through to issues relating to raw materials and ceramic formulations.
Moreover BAAN’s customers can take advantage of  execution of chemical and mineralogical analysis, of ceramic tests to check the raw materials shrinkage, absorption and color after firing, of particle size analysis , of dilatometer analysis and also examinations using the Electronic Scansion Microscope (SEM) to investigate the defects inside ceramic tiles body.
